Profile Creation
Users can create and consult profiles online. When creating a personal ad you agree to post a personal profile and to abide by all applicable local, state, national, and foreign laws and regulations. Profiles containing avertising will be deleted. Amoureux.com reserves the right to close an account or not to approve any profile that will be considered as illegal or immoral, which includes advertising or which is simply out of line.
You agree to let our services check and approve your profile before it is displayed online. Amoureux.com will do its best to make it available within 6 hours (no guarantee). Profiles remain online for 3 months, unless any modifications are made by the user or if it is removed.
Your profile must not contain any contact details : no name, no telephone number, no address, no ICQ details or other instant messenger.
The e-mail address you give when creating your personal ad will not appear online. Your messages will be delivered in the inbox of your profile on our web site.
Your profile is yours solely and must be for one person only. Profiles concerning groups or couples will be refused.
Profiles containing advertising will be refused.
Profiles containing illegal or immoral content, especially pornographic or indecent, but not only, will be refused.

Messages
To write to a profile, use the link "Send message" which can be found on every profile page or on pages listing profiles.You agree not to send any illegal or indecent content.
You agree not to continue sending messages to a member who has clearly expressed the wish to receive no more messages from you.

Advice
The use of internet and in particular of the dating service of Amoureux.com to meet people must be considered with caution and commen sense. Please take precautions before considering a real meeting. We recommend that you choose a public place for a first date and that you tell someone close to you.
